about me

My story

In 2002, I received my university degree in the English and Belarusian languages.

In 2008, I founded a boutique agency (Lexicon Center), where I was the chief Russian and Belarusian editor and gained experience in linguist recruitment, project management, translation, editing, and quality assurance.

In 2018, I joined the American Translators Association (ATA).

In 2022, I was invited to become the ATA’s Slavic Languages Division LinkedIn group manager.

Since 2023, I’ve been working as a registered sole proprietor for my clients from Europe, America, and Asia while actively sharing knowledge with younger colleagues on LinkedIn.

In 2024, the commission of public notaries of the Belarusian Notary Chamber granted me the status of a sworn translator.

Why me

  • I do thorough research on the text’s purpose and target audience
  • I don’t guess but ask questions
  • I do at least 2 rounds of editing so the translation is error-free
  • I continuously take professional courses and classes
  • I value and incorporate feedback from end clients and experienced editors
  • I promptly reply to inquiries
